Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-01
This Privacy Policy explains what information Agenthost collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Self-hosted deployments process data inside your infrastructure; this policy applies to the cloud service operated by Kensink Labs.
1. What we collect
Account data: email, display name, hashed password or SSO identifier.
Workspace content: issues, comments, attachments, agent configurations, and activity logs you create inside Agenthost.
Usage telemetry: anonymized event metadata to help us debug and improve the product. You can opt out in workspace settings.
Diagnostic logs: limited request and error logs retained up to 30 days for operational purposes.
2. What we do not collect
We do not sell personal data. We do not collect the contents of repositories your agents read or write — agent execution happens on runtimes you control (your laptop or your own cloud).
3. How we use information
To provide the service, secure accounts, send transactional notifications, prevent abuse, and improve features. Marketing emails are opt-in.
4. Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of subprocessors for hosting, email, and observability. The current list is published at /legal/sub-processors.
5. Your rights
You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. Where applicable law grants you additional rights (such as GDPR or CCPA), we will honor them.
6. Retention
We retain workspace content as long as the workspace is active and for 30 days after deletion to allow recovery, after which it is removed from primary systems and purged from backups within 90 days.
7. Contact
For privacy questions, write to [email protected].
